About

What if you took back control of your own health?

In recent years, a real shift has taken place in the field of proactive health and longevity. Led by experts such as Dr. Mark Hyman , Dr. Peter Attia , Dr. Casey Means , Dr. Gabrielle Lyon , Andrew Huberman , and Dr. David Sinclair , this movement aims to move away from a reactive, symptom-focused medical model to a proactive, preventative, and personalized approach rooted in an understanding of the body's systems.

Vāhana embraces this vision by uniting the latest discoveries in functional medicine, ancestral knowledge, and the science of longevity to help you regenerate your body, clarify your mind, and prolong your vitality.

Our definition

For us, this symbolizes a deep conviction:
Our vehicle is our body, a living temple, capable of regeneration, clarity and longevity, if we offer it what it truly needs.

The Origins of the Name

Vāhana comes from Sanskrit , an ancient language of India comparable to the Latin of the Western world. In Indian mythology , the Vāhana is the being or object that serves as a mount or vehicle for a deity. The Vāhana is both the symbol and the emblem of the deity it carries: the strength and virility of the bull, the splendor and majesty of the peacock, the grace and beauty of the swan... As the deity's assistant, the Vāhana has the function of doubling or multiplying its powers . Without it, the deities of Indian mythology cannot accomplish all their gifts.

Behind Vāhana

My name is Hana, and Vāhana was born from my own journey.
An inner quest, born from the need to find clarity, energy, constant physical and intellectual performance and coherence in a fragmented world.
Over the years, I've explored functional nutrition, yoga, natural medicines, cellular regeneration, neuroplasticity, silence, fasting... and I've come to understand that true transformation comes from within, but it requires guidance, routines, rituals, space, and community.

Vāhana is this space.
A place to find yourself, to repair yourself, to light up.
And today, I am honored to welcome you here.
