At Vāhana Longevity, we prepare every order with care to ensure a safe, transparent, and reliable experience.

Processing & Shipping Times

  • Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your package has been dispatched, including a tracking number (if available).

Estimated delivery times:

  • Canada: 2–7 business days, depending on the province.
  • United States: 5–10 business days.
  • International: 7–20 business days, depending on the destination country and customs procedures.

⚠️ Important Note: We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, as some carriers do not deliver to them. This ensures a more secure and trackable delivery.

Shipping Fees

  • Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on the weight, volume, and delivery address.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Taxes & Customs

  • Applicable sales taxes are automatically calculated at checkout for Canadian orders.
  • For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, and additional fees are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Vāhana Longevity is not responsible for delays or extra charges caused by customs authorities.

Order Tracking

  • When tracking is included with the chosen shipping option, you will receive a tracking number via email.
  • Some international shipments may not automatically include tracking. To guarantee tracking, please select a tracked shipping option at checkout.
  • For shipments without tracking, we cannot locate your package once it has been dispatched and accepted by the carrier.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide an accurate and complete shipping address.

Vāhana Longevity cannot be held responsible for delays or lost parcels due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
In such cases, reshipping costs will be charged to the customer.

Lost, Damaged, or Incorrect Parcels

  • If an item arrives damaged or your order is incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receipt at info@vahanalongevite.com with supporting photos.
  • We will offer a replacement or refund depending on the situation.
  • If a package is declared lost by the carrier, we will open an investigation and take appropriate action.
