The website www.vahanalongevite.com (the “Site”) is operated by Vāhana Longevity (“Vāhana”, “we”, “our”, “us”). By accessing the Site and/or purchasing our products, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use (the “Terms”), along with all referenced policies, notices, and documents (including our Privacy Policy and our Returns & Refunds Policy).
Our store is hosted by Shopify Inc., which provides the e-commerce platform allowing us to sell our products to you.
1. Online Store Terms
You declare that you are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) or have parental/guardian consent to use this Site.
You agree not to use the Site for unlawful purposes or to violate any applicable laws (including intellectual property laws).

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone, at any time, for any reasonable cause.

We may refuse, limit, or cancel any order (e.g., multiple orders placed under the same account/address).

Vāhana’s products and content are intended for wellness and informational purposes only. They are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a healthcare professional before taking supplements, especially if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, have a medical condition, or are taking medication.
To the extent permitted by law, Vāhana, its officers, employees, suppliers, and partners shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential damages, or loss of profits, data, savings, or other losses arising from the use of the Site/products, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
14. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Vāhana (and its affiliates, officers, employees, suppliers) from any claims arising from your violation of these Terms, of any law, or infringement of third-party rights.
15. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site (texts, logos, images, design, trademarks, graphics) is protected by copyright and trademark law.
Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.
16. Subscriptions / Auto-Renewal (if applicable)
If we offer subscription plans (e.g., recurring deliveries), they may auto-renew until canceled.
Terms (frequency, price, cancellation) will be specified at sign-up. You may cancel before the next billing date as instructed in your account or via email notice.
17. Force Majeure
We shall not be liable for delays or failures caused by force majeure events (e.g., natural disasters, strikes, network outages, war, government regulations).
18. Termination
These Terms remain in effect until terminated by you or us. You may stop using the Site at any time.
In case of breach, we may terminate your access without notice. Obligations incurred before termination remain enforceable.
19. Entire Agreement – No Waiver
These Terms, together with our published policies, constitute the entire agreement between you and Vāhana and supersede prior agreements.
Our failure to enforce any right does not constitute a waiver of that right.
20. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Québec and applicable federal laws of Canada. Any dispute shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the judicial district of Gatineau (Québec).
21. Changes to the Terms
We may update these Terms at any time by posting a new version on the Site. Continued use after publication constitutes acceptance. The update date is displayed at the top of this document.
