Return Policy

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it
  • In its original packaging, with seals and labels intact

Non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards
  • Supplements or opened products
  • Used personal care items

A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive an email notification confirming receipt. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card company — it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  3. Contact your bank — additional processing time may be required.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale or promotional items are non-refundable.


Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or sent in error.
If you need to exchange it for the same product, please contact us at info@vahanalongevite.com  before returning your product.


Gifts

  • If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit equal to the value of the return.
  • If the item was not marked as a gift, or if the order was shipped to the buyer to be given later, the refund will be issued directly to the original purchaser.

Return Shipping

To return your product, please contact us first by email to obtain the return address.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or incorrect.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Depending on your location, the time it may take to receive your exchanged product may vary.

For items valued at over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item without proof of tracking.
